I. Summary
Sintering blower is the key equipment in metallurgy industry, it is used with corresponding sintering machine, the delivery medium is sintering smoke. This blower series has high efficiency (above 83%), low noise, long serivce life, large negative pressure, etc. and other advantages. It can increase the output of the sinter and other main technological and economic indicators.
Before entering the blower, the sintering smoke should be cleaned and remove the soot particle and other things, meanwhile the inlet temperature should be lower than 160℃, so as to ensure the safe operation and extent the service life of the blower. The technical paremeter of the blower should not be freely changed.
The pipe fittings, gate valve and other parts of the lubricating system are not offered and the motor and starting device of the products are offered based on the contract.
